Is a pre-order date a delivery promise?
No. We show release date and estimated Mexico arrival separately and update you if the supplier or customs changes the window.
What happens if a group order misses the minimum?
The published campaign policy applies: an explicit extension or cancellation and refund. We never turn an estimate into a surprise charge.
Can I mix in-stock and pre-order items?
The prototype detects a mixed cart. Before launch, each availability group must receive a real together-or-split shipping quote; payments remain disabled until then.
How will I pay?
Cards, SPEI and OXXO are planned through Mercado Pago. The final methods depend on the verified merchant account and are not active in this validation version.
